About the Role
You will oversee regulatory compliance, assess and mitigate risks, review KYC documents and transactions, maintain policies and records, conduct audits, prepare reports, resolve issues, and support compliance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience with a strong AML/KYC focus
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
- Attention to detail
- Experience in crypto/web3-related compliance projects
