About the Role

Manage the Compliance Management System and embed compliance controls across business lines. Oversee risk assessments, audits, policies, complaints, training, reporting, issue management, marketing compliance, product advice, regulatory examinations, partner reviews, and regulatory updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, banking, or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to translate regulatory updates into actionable policies.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents for process automation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt to regulatory changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRCM certification, crypto or blockchain experience, and product management experience are preferred.

  • Oversee compliance training through the learning management system.
  • Maintain internal and external compliance reporting obligations.
  • Lead responses to regulatory examinations, third-party audits, and bank partner reviews.
  • Oversee issue management and marketing compliance programs.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory updates and adjust internal policies.
