About the Role
The Junior Compliance Analyst executes day-to-day compliance operations for retail, institutional, supplier, and third-party accounts, including customer identification, due diligence, sanctions and adverse-media screening, cryptocurrency wallet tracing, automated workflow collaboration, and audit-ready recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of fintech or crypto compliance experience
- Understanding of financial crime risks, customer due diligence rules, and anti-money laundering controls
- Knowledge of FATF and MAS standards for KYC, KYB, and UBO verification
- Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence checks
- Process supplier and third-party verification work orders and incoming cases
- Screen customers and counterparties against sanctions watchlists, PEP registries, and adverse media
- Trace cryptocurrency wallets with blockchain forensic tools
- Collaborate with Technology and Legal on compliant automated workflows
- Maintain audit-ready due diligence, transaction, and screening records
