About the Role
You review customer onboarding cases under KYB policies, validate AML documentation, request and follow up on CDD and EDD information, investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts, advise management on AML and CDD issues, respond to queries, improve procedures, and manage assigned projects.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or degree-level tertiary education
- Two or more years of experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or KYC
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Review incoming customer onboarding cases for consistent application of KYB principles
- Review and validate customer KYB and AML documentation
- Request appropriate CDD and EDD documentation
- Follow up on pending CDD and EDD requests within applicable SLAs
- Investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening matches
- Provide management with information about AML and CDD issues
- Respond to customer and departmental queries professionally
- Support CDD function enhancements and maintain procedures
- Manage assigned projects
