About the Role

You will support prospective and existing investors throughout their journey, responding to questions and helping them navigate offerings and processes. You will build relationships, support onboarding and engagement, coordinate events and fundraising activities, maintain CRM data, prepare reporting, improve workflows, and contribute to strategic projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Ability to build positive relationships and provide thoughtful stakeholder support
  • Ability to learn and use new systems, tools, and business processes
  • Interest in investing, venture capital, financial markets, startups, or related business topics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors
  • Respond to investor questions through email, phone, webinars, events, and other communication channels
  • Help investors navigate offerings, processes, and the community experience
  • Build relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders
  • Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities
  • Assist with virtual events, investor meetings, webinar preparation, and follow-up activities
  • Track engagement activity, investor interactions, and business metrics
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and other internal systems
  • Support reporting and identify workflow and communication improvements
  • Participate in special projects, research, pilot programs, and cross-functional initiatives
