About the Role
You will test The Thing's platform components, bots and onchain analysis functions daily and report any bugs or performance issues immediately. You will respond promptly to user inquiries on Telegram and Discord, share roadmap updates, and assist users with onboarding. You will create short educational videos about the platform's components and bots, participate in group calls, Twitter Spaces and Discord voice chats with token holders and the wider crypto community, and travel to conferences and events at short notice. You will also handle ad hoc and housekeeping tasks as required. Be prepared to work outside conventional hours and to present confidently on behalf of the product.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing crypto or blockchain communities (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Twitter/X) is required
- Prior work in a crypto, AI or blockchain company is required
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Knowledge of Russian or Turkish is appreciated
- Confident public speaker with experience presenting or participating in negotiations
- Willingness to stay online outside conventional working hours
