Manage and grow Casper’s global community by moderating channels, supporting users and developers, escalating issues, monitoring discussions, surfacing feedback, and supporting community communications.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in crypto/Web3 communities
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Proficiency in additional languages is nice to have
Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
- Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
- Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
- Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
- Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
- Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, and FAQ posts
- Collaborate with marketing on announcements and campaigns
- Help foster local language communities
