About the Role

You will lead and moderate community discussions across Telegram, Facebook, and Twitter; monitor topics, comments, trends, and sentiment; create and publish social media content; grow Telegram membership and engagement; manage community campaigns, activities, surveys, and membership data; organize online and in-real-life events; coordinate with the tech team to resolve community issues; process fund requests; and prepare liquidation reports.

Requirements

• Experience managing online communities, particularly on Telegram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Familiarity with trendjacking and social media content creation
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, sentiment tracking, and fund management
• Familiarity with Web3

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage community discussions and moderation on Telegram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Monitor and analyze topics and featured comments on Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook
• Track trends and execute trendjacking opportunities for community engagement
• Develop and post weekly content on Twitter and Reddit, including Telegram polls
• Create engaging content for CryptoPCC
• Plan and execute strategies to increase Telegram membership and community engagement
• Manage and validate community campaign tasks
• Organize community events such as Traders Night and PDAXTalks
• Plan community activities to enhance member engagement
• Monitor PDAXPlorers daily moderation performance
• Monitor PDAXPlorers trendjacking effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Promote and manage community survey forms
• Approve new members and manage membership data
• Coordinate with the internal tech team to resolve issues and respond to community concerns
• Organize and coordinate in-real-life events, including booth exhibits, merchandise, permits, approvals, logistics, and preparations
• Process fund requests for campaigns, events, and community activities
• Prepare and submit liquidation reports for fund usage
