About the Role
You will manage and grow C3's online communities, operate channels like Telegram and Discord, and regularly publish updates. You will answer user queries, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot platform issues with the development team, engage Key Opinion Leaders, and build relationships with external blockchain communities to drive participation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant web3 community or customer care experience
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Experience with social platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, and Discord
- Strong project management and lead discovery abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native-level English and proficiency in additional languages
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate community channels such as Telegram and Discord
- Publish regular project updates and announcements
- Respond to community member inquiries across Telegram, Discord, and email
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Identify, track, and help troubleshoot platform bugs with the development team
- Engage and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Develop and manage relationships with external blockchain communities
- Coordinate community-driven promotion and participation activities
- Monitor community activity and implement strategies to increase engagement
