About the Role
Maintain communication with stakeholders, monitor community platforms such as Discord, synthesize user feedback, propose product improvements, define DEX product direction, and use blockchain and Web3 knowledge to guide product strategy and prioritization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in the blockchain field.
- Extensive experience using DEX products and deep Web3 industry understanding.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Discord and community management tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to solve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain close communication with internal and external teams.
- Convey technology and product development progress to operations.
- Propose product improvements from a user perspective.
- Engage with community platforms, especially Discord, to capture and analyze user needs.
- Develop and maintain a broad product vision and identify potential issues.
- Leverage blockchain and Web3 knowledge to drive product strategy and prioritization.
