Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise communications across product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, and competitive narratives
- Build enterprise messaging around AI-powered software creation, adoption, governance, productivity, and business impact
- Develop communications programs for customer adoption, partnerships, use cases, and market proof points
- Build relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry reporters
- Create customer stories
- Support campaigns, launches, events, customer references, and field narratives
- Translate technical capabilities into clear stories
- Engage analysts and influencers
- Develop executive thought leadership, speeches, bylines, briefing documents, and social content
- Shape competitive positioning
- Identify opportunities to lead relevant market conversations
