About the Role

You will prepare weekly reports, continuously monitor the bank's overdue customer portfolio, and assess and document warning signals in the monitoring system. You will liaise with sales and credit-assessment teams, support collections-related opinions for credit proposals, and manage a rating campaign for sole proprietors, including written customer communication and administration.

Requirements

  • Work 20 hours per week
  • Conversational English
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Precise and responsible work with repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Monitor the overdue customer portfolio
  • Assess and document monitoring-system warning signals
  • Liaise with sales and credit-assessment teams
  • Support collections-related reviews of credit proposals
  • Manage the sole-proprietor rating campaign
  • Communicate with customers in writing and perform administration
