About the Role
You will support investment operations and deal closings across private-credit portfolios. You will manage private-rating requests, rating-agency relationships, PPN and CUSIP workflows, transaction documentation, ratings data, invoices, and stakeholder communications. You will also support insurance-investment reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant work experience
- Asset management experience preferred
- Written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical skills and willingness to learn software applications
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Support investment operations across private credit, direct lending, high-grade credit, and CLO portfolios
- Manage private rating requests from submission through rating issuance
- Oversee PPN and CUSIP request workflows and transaction documentation
- Review, validate, and maintain ratings and security-level data
- Maintain rating templates and trackers and distribute ratings information
- Manage rating-agency invoices and fee administration
- Coordinate preliminary and final private ratings
- Support insurance investment portfolios through reporting and data analysis
