About the Role
You will architect and build reliable, scalable AWS infrastructure for financial platforms. You will promote secure Infrastructure as Code, automate deployments, improve observability and monitoring, manage infrastructure changes, and contribute to cloud standardization and modernization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure or platform experience and architecture design using AWS
- Practical experience with AWS computing, networking, storage, and analytics services
- Experience with Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code on AWS
- Production infrastructure change management and release experience for high-traffic, business-critical systems
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure availability, performance, and costs
- Experience operating multiple accounts in large-scale AWS environments
- Understanding of cloud security best practices in the fintech industry
- Programming and scripting skills using Python, shell scripting, Go, and Rust
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Japanese business proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2
Responsibilities
- Architect reliable cloud infrastructure for financial platforms
- Architect and build multi-zone AWS infrastructure with regional failure tolerance
- Maintain infrastructure that supports patching and upgrades without service downtime
- Provision secure infrastructure with Security Engineers
- Promote and standardize Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and other tools
- Automate AWS deployments for fast and secure cloud service delivery
- Provide automated ways for developers to deploy AWS resources
- Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and failure analysis
