About the Role
You will provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures and deliver product expertise in operating rooms. You will build relationships with surgeons and customers, train healthcare professionals, support sales activities, gather market intelligence, report adverse events and product complaints, and ensure compliant field-based activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical or scientific background preferred
- Medical-device industry or healthcare experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment, including operating-room support
- Technical aptitude

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures
- Build relationships with surgeons, operating-room teams, and customers
- Develop knowledge of products, technologies, clinical applications, and competitors
- Support the Sales team in achieving business objectives and customer service
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and hospital processes
- Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals
- Report adverse events and product quality complaints
- Ensure compliance with company, legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
