About the Role

You will lead clinician enablement, deliver training for federal clinical workflows, and support site launches and scaling. You will build relationships with clinical champions, provide workflow and product support, monitor field performance, surface clinician feedback, and track utilization and success outcomes for partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinician experience as an MD, DO, PA, or NP
• EHR documentation
• Clinical documentation workflows
• Healthcare industry knowledge
• Clinical workflow knowledge
• Regulatory requirements
• Communication
• Federal clinical practice or clinical informatics experience
• Clinical leadership, education, or training experience

Responsibilities

• Lead clinician enablement sessions and presentations
• Build collateral that supports adoption
• Deliver training tailored to federal clinical workflows
• Support implementation for new and scaling sites
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions
• Provide workflow and product support to clinicians
• Monitor product performance and elevate emerging issues
• Surface clinician feedback to internal stakeholders
• Track utilization and clinical success metrics
• Report delivered value to partners and internal teams
