About the Role
You will support clinical quality operations through project-based deliverables and ongoing workflow coordination. You will audit and refresh provider-facing resources and clinical training content, create a playbook for engagement sessions, triage JIRA and Zendesk tickets, assist with monthly reporting and quality checks, track follow-ups, and help coordinate quarterly planning.
Requirements
- Experience in clinical settings, healthcare administration, or public health research.
- Understanding of quality improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, JIRA, and Zendesk.
- Written communication.
- Ability to manage independent workstreams.
- Ability to synthesize complex clinical information into actionable provider resources.
- Organizational skills.
- Understanding of the women's health landscape, care pathways, and levels of care.
Responsibilities
- Audit, reorganize, and refresh provider resource-library assets, clinical training content, and scope-of-practice materials.
- Create a sustainable maintenance guide for provider resources.
- Develop an operations playbook for engagement sessions, including schedules, stakeholder roles, slide templates, and execution checklists.
- Triage incoming JIRA and Zendesk tickets.
- Assist with monthly report preparation and quality-assurance checks.
- Track meeting action items and follow-ups.
- Help coordinate quarterly planning.
