About the Role
You will lead client onboarding from contract signing through go-live. You will configure workflows, data sources, and reporting needs, manage implementation timelines and risks, train users, gather feedback, and build scalable implementation processes and materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in private markets, financial services, or a related field
- Familiarity with private-markets workflows, including fund structures, diligence, manager selection, reporting, or portfolio monitoring
- Project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Excellent communication and ability to build trust with institutional clients
- Comfort working with software and data
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding from kickoff through implementation planning, timelines, and go-live
- Configure the platform for client workflows, data sources, and reporting needs
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact during implementation and proactively flag timeline risks
- Run training and create onboarding materials to support adoption
- Capture client feedback and recurring requests for product owners
- Build and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and processes
