About the Role
You will manage a client portfolio and help clients make important financial decisions. You will build long-term relationships, identify client needs, recommend financial solutions, support use of digital banking services, process cash transactions, and complete related administration.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education with school-leaving examination
- Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
- Responsible approach to working with finances and cash
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and support their financial decisions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Contact clients by phone, online, and in person to present suitable solutions
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Help clients use digital banking services
- Process cash and routine cashier transactions
- Complete administration related to client service and portfolio management
