Skills

About the Role

You will drive clarity through noise as the operational backbone of the Product organization. You will set and own the cadences and forums that form the pulse of the organization, including R&D reviews, leadership meetings, and company-wide all hands, while owning resource planning and budgets. You will sit in executive forums to understand what is being decided and make sure it gets done, cascading decisions through the organization and surfacing what the CPO needs to know before she asks. You will own the connective tissue on high-ambiguity, cross-functional projects such as acquisition integrations, new team onboarding, and high-coordination product rollouts. You will act as a sounding board for the leadership team, asking questions that lead to cleaner answers and having hard conversations when needed. You will be the voice of the product org across the company, partnering with PMM, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Finance to make sure the product story is told internally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product, Business Operations, Strategy, or a Chief of Staff function, ideally in a high-growth tech company
  • Track record of running complex cross-functional programs, not just tracking them
  • Strong EQ and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Comfort with ambiguity and instinct for identifying what matters before anyone else names it
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to write a crisp exec brief and give sharp verbal feedback
  • Ability to hold context across many workstreams and know when to push, pause, or escalate
  • Presence and credibility in the room, even without holding the title

Responsibilities

  • Run the Product Org rhythm of business including R&D reviews, leadership meetings, and all hands
  • Own the underlying infrastructure supporting the organization including resource planning and budgets
  • Execute on leadership direction by cascading decisions through the organization
  • Surface to the CPO what she needs to know before she asks
  • Create leverage on strategic projects including acquisition integrations and product rollouts
  • Act as a sounding board for the leadership team
  • Own the inputs and outputs connecting the Product org to the rest of the company
  • Partner with PMM, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Finance

Benefits

  • Equity for all full time roles
