About the Role
You will work with the cofounder and CTO across product, engineering, design, strategy, and client work. You will turn client and market context into product decisions, launch plans, company commitments, and action plans. You will break initiatives into workstreams, milestones, and owners; track critical paths across functions; manage the team's use of Linear; and drive ambiguous, high-priority needs through research, synthesis, and first-pass thinking.
Requirements
- Experience running the operating engine of a fast-moving team as a Chief of Staff, Operations Leader, Founder's Associate, or de facto COO
- Program and project management experience turning strategy into executable plans, milestones, and owners
- Ability to absorb context and independently create plans
- Ability to interpret clients, markets, and meetings
- Ability to manage shifting and conflicting inputs from multiple leaders and clients
- Product, fintech, financial-markets, or blockchain experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Work as the right hand to the cofounder and CTO across internal and external meetings
- Absorb context and turn decisions into direct action plans
- Break initiatives into workstreams, milestones, and owners
- Track the critical path across engineering, product, design, security, privacy, legal, business development, and marketing
- Own how the team uses Linear
- Scope and drive high-priority needs that do not yet have an owner
- Research and synthesize ambiguous new areas
