About the Role
You will make the leadership team more effective through high-volume follow-ups, internal and external communications, recruiting coordination, logistics, and cross-functional projects. You will support recruiting, events, fundraising, offsites, customer outreach, and goal planning. You will represent leadership internally and externally while developing technical understanding of AI and mechanistic interpretability.
