About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to the founders, helping the company operate with clarity, speed, and alignment. You will own agendas, prep materials, and ensure follow-through on key priorities, while translating high-level strategy into clear execution plans with defined owners, timelines, and outcomes. You'll serve as the air traffic controller for founder bandwidth, prioritizing high-impact work and filtering out noise. You will own the company's operating rhythm, including meeting cadences, planning cycles, and execution tracking, and drive cross-functional alignment so decisions are communicated, tracked, and executed without blockers. You'll also lead high-impact, time-sensitive projects without a clear functional owner and act as a high-trust proxy to unblock teams and resolve misalignment across functions.
