About the Role
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care, driving cross-functional initiatives, managing business rhythms, product initiatives, headcount planning, resource allocation, talent development, and high-priority ambiguous projects. This role is based in the Menlo Park, California office with in-person attendance expected five days per week.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a chief of staff role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Experience managing large-scale operational frameworks, corporate planning processes, or cross-functional projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Brokerage Products & Customer Care, translating vision into actionable plans and operating rhythms.
- Design, optimize, and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles.
- Drive complex, large-scale product initiatives from concept to execution.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Recruiting on headcount planning, resource allocation, and talent development.
- Manage high-priority ambiguous projects as a tactical decision-maker and problem-solver.
