About the Role
You will support the CEO and leadership team by building the operating foundation for go-to-market growth. You will run planning, develop KPI and reporting infrastructure, prepare board and investor materials, coordinate cross-functional work, and structure ambiguous information to enable faster decisions.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in VC, consulting, or a high-growth technology company
- Analytical and structured thinking
