Lead Brighty’s information security framework, security operations, incident response, security controls, vulnerability assessments, security tooling, compliance, training, and security reporting.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design and lead the information security program
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Coordinate incident response activities
- Implement security controls aligned with PCI-DSS
- Conduct regular assessments and vulnerability scans
- Manage and optimize security tools, including SIEM and endpoint protection
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices
- Prepare security reports, metrics, and KPIs for senior management
- Deliver security awareness training programs
- Support compliance initiatives
