About the Role
You will investigate insider-risk cases from alert triage through resolution. You will analyze security logs, conduct sensitive interviews, assess external threats targeting employees, document findings, and partner with IT, Legal, HR, and security teams. You will improve detection processes, develop risk indicators and mitigation strategies, deliver rapid security assessments, and provide insider-risk training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in insider risk, corporate investigations, or a related domain
- 3-5 years of investigative-interview experience
- At least 1-2 years of private-sector experience
- OSINT experience for threat assessment or counterintelligence
- Experience with DLP, UEBA, SIEM, SOAR, and insider-risk security tooling
- Knowledge of open-source research techniques and tooling
- Knowledge of investigations, cybersecurity, interview techniques, and risk assessment
- Clear written and verbal communication of security findings
- Ability to manage sensitive cases independently

- Support security education and awareness programs
- Provide insider-risk training
