About the Role
You will lead change, communications, readiness, and adoption activities for Finance transformations, beginning with the Oracle ERP implementation. You will prepare communications and leadership materials, run a change champion network, coordinate training and onsite readiness events, maintain program resources, address resistance, and use feedback to improve adoption support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, program management, HR, or a related field
- Experience supporting complex technology, ERP, Finance transformation, or enterprise process-change initiatives
- Written communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive-facing presentation skills
- Ability to influence across functions and levels as a senior individual contributor
- Experience developing communications, leading employee engagement, and coordinating role-based or train-the-trainer activities
- Ability to simplify complex system and process changes
- Ability to travel periodically
- Local Bay Area residency and willingness to commute to San Mateo, California
Responsibilities
- Execute internal change, communications, readiness, and adoption activities
- Translate change plans into leadership updates, FAQs, employee communications, and program materials
- Develop and lead a cross-functional Change Champion Network
- Prepare leadership talking points, facilitate briefings, and support employee forums
- Identify and address resistance, confusion, and people-related risk
- Coordinate training readiness, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training schedules
- Maintain the Oracle ERP information hub and program resources
- Coordinate onsite engagement, leadership sessions, champion activities, and readiness events
- Track feedback and readiness signals to improve adoption support
- Support additional Finance transformation initiatives
- Establish repeatable change-management practices, tools, and templates
