About the Role
Develop and continuously operate high-frequency cryptocurrency arbitrage models, improve strategy structure and execution logic using market microstructure, execution mechanisms, fee structures, and latency, and identify performance deterioration through real-time and post-trade data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience generating real trading profits using an arbitrage bot that you designed and implemented yourself
- Proficiency in at least one of Rust or Python
- Enjoyment of consistently tracking cryptocurrency markets and major events
- Trading bot operation experience with profit or loss of at least USD 100,000 is preferred
- Experience achieving a high trading-volume tier on a centralized exchange is preferred
- Experience implementing competitive strategies using exchange APIs is preferred
- Experience designing or operating automated arbitrage or triangular arbitrage bots is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate high-frequency arbitrage models continuously
- Improve strategy structures and execution logic
- Account for market microstructure, execution mechanisms, fee structures, and latency
- Analyze real-time and post-trade data
- Identify causes of declining strategy performance
- Develop structural improvements
