About the Role
You will monitor liquidity and execution quality across FX and CFDs, optimise bridge configurations, and maintain primary and backup liquidity arrangements. You will assess liquidity-provider performance, investigate trade and pricing incidents, document controls, build pre- and post-trade analytics, and turn findings into measurable execution improvements.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in liquidity management, electronic execution, market operations, or a related FX and CFD role
- Understanding of market microstructure and execution metrics
- Experience with oneZero or comparable bridge and liquidity-management technology
- Experience assessing liquidity-provider performance and managing primary and backup liquidity
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience analysing high-volume tick, pricing, and trade data
- Ability to investigate complex execution issues independently
- Communication skills for liquidity providers and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions and take corrective action for pricing or execution deterioration
- Optimise bridge configurations, routing, filters, failover logic, throttles, and mark-ups
- Maintain primary and backup liquidity arrangements
- Assess liquidity-provider performance and maintain scorecards
- Lead liquidity-provider performance reviews and investigate issues
- Investigate pricing and trade incidents and implement preventative controls
- Document configurations, incident findings, and operating procedures
- Build and maintain pre- and post-trade analytics and monitoring
- Translate findings into configuration or liquidity-provider management changes and validate impact
