About the Role
You will own workflows and compliance requirements for physical card programs. You will coordinate with card manufacturers, processors, payment networks, and vendors to monitor performance and resolve escalations. You will lead manufacturer implementations and manage onboarding timelines. You will run billing operations, maintain project trackers, run vendor syncs, and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in card operations, payments operations, or a related fintech/financial services function
- Deep familiarity with physical card issuance, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard), and card manufacturer relationships
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear and confident communication skills to hold vendors accountable and guide clients
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and build process where none exists
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams is a strong plus
- Bonus exposure to stablecoin or crypto-native card programs
Responsibilities
- Own physical card program operations end-to-end
- Lead manufacturer implementations and onboarding
- Guide clients through card requirements and manage onboarding timelines
- Manage end-to-end physical card billing operations and vendor reporting
- Maintain project trackers, run weekly vendor syncs, and deliver status reports
