About the Role
You will own the end-to-end capture lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through submission. You will define win themes, competitive positioning, and pursuit strategies; align customer needs, product capabilities, and proposal approaches; and manage timelines, milestones, and accountability. You will also develop reusable capture artifacts and playbooks for contract types and acquisition pathways, refining the approach based on outcomes and feedback.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in defense technology capture, business development, or proposal strategy.
- Have experience with federal acquisition pathways, including OTAs and FAR-based contracts.
- Demonstrate program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and storytelling ability.
- Operate independently and own outcomes.
- Hold an active United States security clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain one.
