The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. It serves wallets, payment service providers, fintechs, enterprises, marketplaces, and crypto platforms.

About the Role
You will build and lead capital planning, allocation, funding, and liquidity management. You will develop forecasting, governance, analytics, reporting, stress testing, scenario planning, and balance-sheet analysis to support disciplined financial-resource deployment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience within a leading financial institution
- Significant experience in capital management, capital planning, treasury, balance sheet management, funding, liquidity, or a related function
- Hands-on experience in capital planning, forecasting, capital-needs evaluation, and capital management frameworks
- Experience across funding, liquidity, and balance sheet management
- Experience using stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis
- Financial and commercial judgement
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop sophisticated financial frameworks
Responsibilities
- Build and own the capital planning and management framework
- Develop and execute funding and liquidity strategies
- Develop capital forecasting capabilities and actionable capital plans
- Lead stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
- Drive capital allocation and balance sheet analysis
- Build scalable capital management frameworks, governance, analytics, reporting, systems, and operating cadence
