About the Role
You will own the capacity-planning process from intake through fulfillment and post-mortems. You will translate customer demand into GPU forecasts, model supply scenarios with Finance, coordinate capacity conflicts, build operational reporting, and improve capacity-management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similar role
- Experience owning complex cross-functional processes
- Quantitative modeling skills
- Demand forecasting skills
- Scenario analysis skills

- Executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end capacity planning
- Translate customer commitments and growth targets into GPU demand forecasts
- Model capacity scenarios and supply opportunities with Finance
- Align supply procurement with forward demand
- Coordinate resolution of capacity conflicts across Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure
- Build capacity-planning operating cadences
- Develop capacity-health reporting and dashboards
- Improve recurring capacity-lifecycle processes
