About the Role
You will manage the full intern and graduate recruitment cycle for Trading and Software Engineering roles, from campus strategy through to offer. You will build campus relationships, manage candidate pipelines and assessments, track recruitment metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and support employer branding and experienced-hire recruitment.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting students or recent graduates in-house, at an agency, or within a university careers service
- Interest in technology recruitment and technical hiring processes
- Experience engaging with engineering societies
- Data analysis skills or a desire to use data for decision-making
- Organisation skills
- Communication skills
- Willingness to travel for campus visits
- Ability to work closely with a recruiting partner and the wider People and Culture team
Responsibilities
- Manage the full intern and graduate recruitment cycle for Trading and Software Engineering roles, from campus strategy through offer
- Build relationships with societies, faculty, and careers offices across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS, including applications, screening, interview scheduling, and offer tracking
- Track recruitment metrics and use them to adjust strategy
- Work with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and keep them informed throughout the process
- Manage the interview and assessment process
- Coordinate interview logistics and assess candidates through phone screens and interviews
- Develop branding material and content with employer branding
- Improve the attraction strategy
- Support experienced-hire recruitment for software engineering
