About the Role

You will develop and execute mass-marketing strategies that expand and activate users. You will plan major campaigns, define budgets and KPIs, manage schedules and costs, and assess outcomes. You will coordinate with internal departments and executives, review campaigns for legal compliance, oversee media and creative work, prepare announcements, resolve issues during execution, and use generative AI to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Practical experience using generative AI, such as ChatGPT, to improve work efficiency or sophistication
• Practical experience planning and managing campaigns
• Experience negotiating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Practical marketing experience
• Basic knowledge of marketing-related laws, including the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations
• Experience applying the PDCA cycle
• Experience evaluating campaign effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop large-scale campaigns
• Set budgets, KPIs, and schedules for initiatives
• Explain proposals and build alignment with internal departments and executives
• Review campaign plans for compliance with relevant laws, including the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations
• Direct owned media and external advertising placements and supervise creative work
• Prepare press releases and campaign announcements
• Forecast costs, manage progress, and analyze results after campaigns conclude
• Resolve issues during campaign execution
• Use generative AI to improve operational efficiency and sophistication
• Coordinate campaign delivery and progress management across legal, sales, call center, and product functions
