About the Role

You will structure and lead the analytics and governance function of the fleet vertical. You will evolve the analytics layer for partners, from data sources to routine models, and redefine tracking indicators so every metric has direct business impact. You will design reporting tools and dashboards for local and global stakeholders, build solid business cases for new operating models from unit economics to deployment plans, identify bottlenecks in critical processes to propose improvements and automations, and analyze partner profitability by cohorts and asset types to detect growth levers.

Requirements

Strong analytical capabilities with a balance of business vision and technical skills
5+ years of experience in performance, operational governance, BI or controlling, ideally in marketplace or B2B environments
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with large volumes of data
SQL and visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI or Tableau are a plus
Autonomous, structured and proactive profile with strong ability to communicate the story behind the data
