About the Role
You will own complex operational problems from end to end and serve as a trusted problem solver for founders and functional leaders. You will renegotiate major contracts, align compute spending with needs, establish new functions, coordinate office moves, support recruiting, and identify and remove operational friction. You will build durable systems while managing both routine and mission-critical work.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience operating inside a company and owning outcomes
- Commercial instinct
- Experience building financial models for major contracts
- Contract negotiation skills
- Experience making cost and supplier decisions
- Ability to work across unfamiliar functions and stakeholders
- Ability to use AI critically to work faster
