About the Role
You will own the business side of Frame: drive customer acquisition and growth motions, run partnership calls, onboard customers, and design a world-class client experience. You will hire and manage the CPA/CFP team, build scalable operations and tax filing workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, co-own the P&L, and create brand content and voice.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive outsized business impact
- Hunger and motivation for expanding access to financial planning with AI
- Clear and direct communicator
- Experience building or scaling a customer-facing business as a founder or early operator
- Experience managing a cross-functional team (operations service growth)
- Proven ownership of a growth or revenue metric
- AI-native: uses AI daily and understands its impact on service delivery
- Comfortable with ambiguity rapid iteration and wearing multiple hats
Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition and growth motions

- Develop brand voice and content to drive demand
- Identify and execute partnerships for acquisition
