About the Role

WealthPark is seeking a Business Improvement Consultant to lead business process reform support for real estate clients, including As-Is analysis, To-Be design, workflow and manual standardization, cross-functional transformation, and implementation effectiveness verification.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in business process reform or business design at a consulting firm or operating company.
  • Experience visualizing business processes through As-Is and To-Be analysis.
  • Experience designing and standardizing workflows and preparing manuals.
  • Experience promoting BPR or business efficiency projects.
  • Preferred experience in management or business consulting, internal controls, ERP implementation, change management, or complex industries such as real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and visualize business processes through As-Is analysis.
  • Identify issues and establish business reform policies through To-Be design.
  • Prepare and standardize business workflows and manuals.
  • Promote cross-organizational business transformation projects through PM or PMO.
  • Support the adoption of reform initiatives and verify their effectiveness.
