About the Role
You will support partnerships, client outreach, and day-to-day business development activities for the Brand Division. You'll join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8. You'll help ensure all Pearl Abyss current and future titles achieve their EMEA goals by researching partners, coordinating meetings, tracking agreements, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- A deep passion for video games
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence in professional outreach and relationship building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners, vendors, and collaboration opportunities that align with company objectives
- Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for partner meetings and calls
- Track partnership agreements (MNDAs, contracts), deliverables, and key deadlines, flagging items that need attention
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Assist in the development of market, competitor, and industry research
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts, including across languages and time zones where relevant
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and partner information
