About the Role

You will join the Global Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships team to support daily business operations, coordinate projects, and facilitate communication between teams and external partners. You'll provide operational and administrative support to business leaders, help prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings and schedules, track project deadlines and deliverables, conduct research to support decision-making, and manage sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and analytical skills will help you thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a business support, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, or contract administration (preferred)
  • Multilingual capabilities (a plus, but not required)

  • Provide operational and administrative support to business leaders and teams

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
