About the Role
You will support contract administration by reviewing and redlining live performance agreements. You will draft internal and external documents, maintain project systems and organized files, coordinate meetings and calendars, handle calls and mail, and communicate issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience preferably in a law firm studio or agency
- Relevant internship experience may be considered
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- Ability to collaborate and liaise with internal staff and external music industry associates
- Ability to manage several projects with minimal supervision
- Professional judgment discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- General business knowledge and business email etiquette
- Interest in the entertainment and music business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word Adobe applications and internet research
