About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain video and audio infrastructure for studios, control rooms, routing, recording, and streaming. You will engineer Dante and NDI networks, run high-visibility live productions, establish production standards, troubleshoot live incidents, and manage production-system integrations and vendors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on broadcast, live production, or high-end corporate production engineering experience.
- Deep knowledge of video and audio signal flow, including SDI, HDMI, sync, genlock, and fault isolation.
- Production experience with Dante audio networking and NDI video workflows.
- Working knowledge of color science, LUTs, camera matching, shading, and monitor calibration.
- Experience running technical execution for high-stakes live events.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Establish color, audio, and delivery standards across the production chain.
