About the Role

You will establish the brand presence across APAC, localize global campaigns and content, and create clear presentations for go-to-market audiences. You will support regional events, build reusable brand systems, collaborate with partners across functions and time zones, and maintain high-quality, consistent design output.

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand development and creative design experience
• Experience designing for global B2B B2C SaaS or AI-driven products
• Experience localizing campaigns for APAC markets
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with video photography illustration typography data visualization and motion graphics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish Sierra's brand presence across APAC
• Localize global campaigns and content for APAC markets
• Design presentations for go-to-market and executive audiences
• Support regional marketing events from concept through execution
• Build and maintain brand templates guidelines libraries and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners
• Solicit and deliver feedback to improve brand quality
