Brand Event Planning and Operations Specialist

About the Role
You will plan and design external brand experiences for conferences, exhibitions, and seminars both online and offline. You will translate brand messages into space, content, and programs, and lead end-to-end project operations including budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and agencies. You will coordinate publicity, speakers, registration systems, print, exhibitions, and food and beverage logistics, analyze event performance and produce reports, and apply improvements to future planning. You will also support internal culture events, employee participation programs, and company-wide campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in brand experience, marketing, or event promotion
- Experience planning and operating online and offline brand experience programs
- Experience leading projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to write proposals and plans and clearly structure brand messages
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risks to complete projects
- Responsible and detail-oriented work approach
