About the Role
You will support branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, resolving customer and employee concerns, managing operational activities, and supporting branch scheduling. You will identify customer needs, connect customers with digital solutions and bankers, minimize risk, and motivate a diverse team to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
- Ability to work most Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Process and approve teller transactions
- Share digital solutions and make appropriate introductions to bankers
- Complete operational activities under established policies
- Perform transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling
- Resolve or escalate teller-line operational issues
- Resolve or escalate customer and employee concerns
- Provide customer service and complete requested transactions
- Identify information and services that meet customer financial needs
- Motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives
