About the Role
You manage product rollouts and agent operations across a designated territory. You lead agent recruitment and training, ensure legal and policy compliance, coordinate branding and supplies, monitor liquidity, manage risk and performance, close underperforming agents, and promote excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing an agent network in Côte d’Ivoire’s mobile money, agency banking, or FMCG sectors
- Ability to manage field-based operations across large geographical locations
- Willingness to travel and spend up to 90% of the time within assigned territories
- Experience in upcountry Côte d’Ivoire
- Fluency in French and a good level of English
Responsibilities
- Manage agent recruitment by leading Agent Openers
- Ensure agents comply with legal and policy requirements and execute valid contracts
- Ensure agents are trained on applications, contracts, rebalancing, and fraud management
- Collaborate with the BTL team to provide agent branding and supplies
- Coordinate cash and float availability with the liquidity team
- Manage risk through routine visits and agent performance assessments
- Identify and close underperforming agents
- Recover Wave items and equipment and remove branding materials
- Serve as the primary contact for agency networks using Wave products
- Champion customer service among distributors and agents
