About the Role
You will build, optimize, and maintain core Layer 1 blockchain protocol components. You will improve network efficiency, scalability, security, stability, and reliability through testing and debugging. You will integrate new protocol features, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute ideas informed by blockchain advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Rust, Golang, and other programming languages.
- Experience designing and implementing blockchain consensus mechanisms, cryptographic algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with blockchain scalability solutions and performance optimization techniques.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the Layer 1 blockchain protocol for compatibility with other blockchains.
- Enhance network efficiency and security.
- Test and debug blockchain infrastructure to ensure stability and reliability.
