About the Role
You will help develop and improve trading algorithms, infrastructure, and blockchain connectivity solutions. You will research DeFi protocols, blockchain ecosystems, and on-chain data; build, test, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain applications; and support automated trading and market-making implementations. You will also monitor cryptocurrency-market developments, participate in code reviews and debugging, and produce technical documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursue or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrate strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity.
- Understand blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance.
- Be familiar with Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, or other blockchain ecosystems.
- Show interest in cryptocurrency markets, algorithmic trading, and financial technology.
- Demonstrate analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Possess the pre-existing right to work in Switzerland without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities

- Explore emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and development frameworks.
- Collaborate on automated trading and market-making solutions.
- Monitor DeFi protocols and cryptocurrency markets and share relevant findings.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
